Meet Heidi, a sweet 2-year-old spayed female mixed-breed dog who is looking for a caring foster home to help her begin her new life in the Netherlands.

Heidi was rescued from difficult street conditions in Türkiye when she was only about 1.5 months old. At that time she was diagnosed with parvovirus, but she received treatment and has made a full recovery. Today she is a healthy, happy dog ready for a new start.

Heidi is a very gentle and quiet girl. She rarely barks and has no aggressive behaviors—she does not bite or growl. She is affectionate, loyal, and enjoys being close to her people.

She may get a little excited when meeting a cat for the first time, but with a calm introduction she quickly relaxes and tries to play.
