Fernando

Fernando is looking for his forever home in the Netherlands. He is currently in Valkenswaard.

He is a former stray in Bahrain who made a heartfelt decision to leave the streets behind when he hopped into his rescuer’s car. He refused to leave, even when his rescuer tried to put him back on the ground. Instead, he won her over with his sweet nature—kissing her, rubbing against her, and purring like a motor engine. His charming personality convinced her to take him home.

Fernando arrived in the Netherlands about 2 months ago to supposedly his forever home. But unfortunately, he doesn’t get along with the family’s existing cat. Hence, we decided that Fernando is best to rehome Fernando as an alone cat.

He is very affectionate and loves attention. He adapts easily to his new environment. Fernando is almost 2 years now but He is still playful and enjoys any toys available for him to play with.

Fernando is gentle and loves being petted and cuddled. He loves human attention. He is quiet and content, he’s happiest simply sharing space with his person. He has quirky personality—he has a way of making you laugh and smile, turning everyday moments into pure joy.

He’s not picky with food and enjoys both dry and wet options, but you should watch his portions as he tends to eat quickly and finish his plate in an instant.

He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and tested negative for mycoplasma and FIV/FeLV.
