Max

Max is a neutered male who was found wandering the streets with a chain around his neck. Thankfully, he was eventually brought to safety. Since then, he has made incredible progress. He is healthy, fully vaccinated, house-trained, travels calmly in the car, walks nicely on a lead, and gets along well with other dogs.

Above all, Max is a dog who simply wants to love and be loved.

Once he feels safe, life with Max is truly wonderful. He loves spending his days by your side, whether that's on peaceful walks, exploring nature, or simply relaxing together at home. He forms a deep bond with his people and wants nothing more than to be part of a family.

However, we also want to be completely honest because Max deserves a home that is truly right for him.

When Max moves into a new home, he will likely experience a lot of stress at first. Change is very difficult for him, and during the first days or weeks he may be nervous and reactive outdoors or in busy environments. This isn't who Max really is—it's a response to everything he has been through in his life. He simply needs time to decompress, settle into a routine, and realise that he is finally safe.
