Meet Pamuk - with a soft white coat and an even softer soul 🤍

Pamuk is a beautiful Golden Retriever mix with a soft white coat and an even softer soul. Her name means cotton—and it couldn't suit her better. She's white as cotton, gentle as cotton, and just as comforting to be around.

Pamuk is the kind of dog who seems to smile all the time. When she's happy (which is often), you'll see her show her teeth in the sweetest, most joyful grin. She absolutely adores treats and has a true lap-dog personality—she loves climbing onto your lap and settling in for endless pets. Once you start petting her, she's perfectly content to stay there forever.

She gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Pamuk is playful but never pushy, always polite and respectful. Her Golden Retriever traits really shine through—gentle, friendly, and eager to please.

Food is definitely Pamuk's love language. Treats, kibble, canned food—you name it, she loves it. She's highly food-motivated and will happily work for a single bite, making her both a joy to train and easy to bond with. Despite her love for food, she shows no resource guarding at all—just pure enthusiasm and appreciation.

Pamuk enjoys a dog company so she can perfectly fit to multi dog home. She is good with cats too, In her foster home in Turkey, she used to live peacefully with two tabby cats.

Pamuk has low to moderate energy. She enjoys her walks but is just as happy curling up beside you on the couch. She's the perfect companion for someone looking for a loyal, calm, affectionate, and easygoing friend—a dog who wants nothing more than to be close to her people.

🐾 Her Journey:

Pamuk started life as a street dog in Turkey and was caught by the shelter a couple of times—but nothing about that hard start ever took away her sweetness. When we first rescued her, she was a chubby, overweight girl, so we helped her settle into a proper diet, and she gradually lost the extra weight. During this process, we noticed something on her abdomen, which turned out to be a skin tumor. She was operated on, and the tumor was fully removed. After waiting six months, her most recent CT scan confirmed she is completely tumor-free.

✅ Dewormed & flea/tick preventive every two months
✅ Titer test confirming sufficient rabies antibodies
✅ Spayed & microchipped
✅ Tested negative against Leishmania, Ehrlichia, Heartworm, Anaplasma, Giardia, Parvo, Corona and Distemper

Our Adoption Process:

- We'll send you a screening form to complete.
- We'll then ask for a video of your home and neighborhood.
- Next, we'll conduct an online interview to discuss everything in more detail.
- Finally, we'll arrange a meet and greet so you can spend time with Pamuk in person.
