Winnie

Winnie is a sweet natured whippet, she quiet and likes nothing better than to sunbathe or lie in her basket for most of the day. She's content with a 3-4 short walks around the park per day. She has been trained and will wait to be asked up onto the sofa, doesn't go upstairs (without permission) and knows her commands - "sit", 'lie", "come" & "high five". She does need to be kept on the lead if walking in the street as she does like to chase cats given the opportunity, but is okay to be let off leash in the park.

Ideal carer would be someone who's happy to have a companion in the house, who can give her a little attention throughout the day. She's happy to chill when working from home as long as she can be taken for a walk before work and at lunch time. She doesn't need a garden or balcony but she does love to lie out if there is one available! She can be a little nervous of strangers but as soon as she gets to know someone she's very affectionate. Probably would be happiest in a house with no other dogs.
